| Marinamall snowdome Le 18/11/2007 à 09:15 | Job Type: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Company profile: Marina Mall, one of the biggest shopping center of the U.A.E., is building an indoor snow dome which is due to open very soon. Surrounded by two levels of shops, this new attraction will feature a 100m. ski slope, an ice-rink and a snowgarden. Key responsibilities: •Manage the maintenance staff (planning, organization) and assure the coordination with the operation manager. •Maintain all electrical needs for attraction area (snow dome, ice-rink, offices, lockers, commercial resort, …). •To report activity to the Operations Manager •Complete preventative maintenance for attraction area. •Analyze, repair and troubleshoot every electrical, mechanical or technical problems in the area. •Completing preventative maintenance for distribution system, both overhead and buried. Key skills: •Must have good electrical and mechanical skills. •Management experience. •5-years maintenance experience. •Fluency in English, Arabic would be appreciated. •Strong organizational skills. •Polyvalent /Versatile skills.
